01 — THE BEGINNING

Every system starts with a single, curious question.

Long before job titles or degrees, there was just a kid taking things apart to see how they worked — toys, routines, ideas. That instinct never really left. It just found bigger and bigger systems to ask questions about.

02 — LEARNING TO BUILD

I learned to think in systems before I learned to lead them.

A software engineering degree taught me that almost anything complex is just small, honest pieces connected the right way. Logic, structure, cause and effect — the same principles that would later show up in every team, process, and business I touched.

03 — LEADING THE EVERYDAY

Every company is a system of people, waiting to be understood.

Today I run the daily engine of a business — the people, the process, the hundred small decisions that keep everything moving. It's the same curiosity from chapter one, just pointed at bigger, messier, more human systems.

04 — 道 (DAO)

These days, I've found a word for it — 合道.

Not a destination — a life spent walking in union with the Dao.

05 — THE AI AWAKENING

Then I met a new kind of collaborator.

Somewhere along the way, AI stopped being a headline and became a tool on my desk — automating the repetitive, surfacing the pattern I'd have missed, freeing up room for the work that actually needs a human. That discovery has become the newest, most energizing chapter of the story.

06 — WHAT'S NEXT

The next thirty years belong to humans and machines, together.

I'm still that kid taking things apart to see how they work — except now the toolbox includes AI, and the systems I get to build are bigger than ever. This chapter is still being written.
